2017 NYU Tandon School of Engineering Commencement Registration

To open registration access, please select "Enter Promotional Code" and enter your NYU N-number (i.e. N123456789).

This registration is to register your participation and to request guest tickets for the NYU Tandon School of Engineering Commencement Ceremony at Barclays Center on May 16th. You may request up to five (5) guest tickets for the Barclays Center Commencement ceremony.

Tickets for the All-University Commencement at Yankee Stadium on May 17th must be ordered separately via the NYU Commencement Ticket website. You may request up to three (3) guest tickets for the Yankee Stadium Commencement Ceremony. Please note that your four Grad Alley wristbands will be automatically included with your order.

You do not have to attend both ceremonies; although participation is encouraged.

Academic attire is mandatory to wear at both commencement ceremonies. The attire will be rental gowns to align with other NYU schools. Please return the rented attire AFTER the ceremony at Yankee Stadium if you are attending that ceremony as well. To order attire, please visit Herff Jones online. Select “Rent a Cap and Gown”," then select "Tandon School of Engineering," as well as "May 2017 Ceremony" and your degree level (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate).

Tickets for both ceremonies and academic attire will be distributed on May 4th from 12-7pm in the Grand Hall (238 Thompson Street, 5th Floor, Manhattan). Tickets and attire cannot be mailed. If you cannot pick up your tickets and attire in person, you may designate a substitute. See the Proxy Form for more information. Please sign the form and have your substitute bring a copy with them to the distribution, along with a copy of your NYU ID, their NYU ID, and a copy of your order confirmation. If your proxy is picking up both attire and tickets, you will need two copies of all documentation.

Guests with accessibility needs will be accommodated at both venues. Both Yankee Stadium and Barclays Center have handicap accessible seating and event staff will direct those guests as they arrive.
